We are a small handmade shop, and most of your items are made to order! All of your items are lovingly handmade, and this takes time to ensure quality and precision. Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to ship after being placed.
All orders within Canada and the US over $30 ship FREE! International orders over $50 ship FREE as well.
Your bows are shipping from my office in Windsor, Ontario—orders outside of Ontario should expect at least 10-14 business days for delivery from the shipment date. US and International orders may take up to 30 business days for delivery, so please plan accordingly. There are expedited shipping options for all locations that will get you your bows faster-simply select Expedited Shipping at checkout!
Rush shipping can be accommodated for any order for a Rush Fee of $15; please email us before placing your order to arrange this.
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we are no longer using plastic wrap on our product cards. Your bows will arrive on their cardboard sleeves without the plastic sleeve. We are happy to wrap gift items in tissue paper, and when requested will use the plastic sleeve. Please include this request upon ordering.
